One needs that human contact to feel better, but with the quarantine we weren't able to.

Depression was one of the biggest disorders many people faced during the pandemic because when being quarantined sometimes you can feel alone even when you have your family around.

The only way we could have contact with friends and other family was over the phone with using zoom, messenger, and any social media app that we can text through.

During this time it's very hard and we need our support from our family, but behind those doors we never know what could possibly be going on.
